- If you have active skin conditions – Severe acne, eczema, or infections should be fully healed before booking.
- If you’ve had recent facial or dental procedures – Wait at least 3 weeks after Botox, 3 months after fillers, and 3-6 months after surgery before treatment. Any recent laser surgery, electrolysis or waxing.
- Zone Face Lift is not suitable during pregnancy due to the numerous reflexes that must be avoided and the fact you lie flat for this treatment.
- If you have circulatory issues – Conditions like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or uncontrolled high blood pressure may require caution.
- If you have epilepsy – Reflexology can stimulate the nervous system, so medical advice is recommended beforehand.
- If you’ve had a recent facial injury – It’s best to allow full healing before any facial treatments. This includes neck injuries or osteoporosis/arthritis as the neck will be moved.
- If you have an active cold sore or herpes outbreak – This treatment should be postponed to avoid spreading the infection.
- If you are undergoing cancer treatment – Always consult with your healthcare provider before booking.
